If you have a real desire to stop your bad habits, you can be successful.   It depends if you really, really want to!

In order to prove your dedication (both to yourself and to us), you may be asked to do a number of simple assignments before the first coaching session.  Often then only the one meeting is needed – but this depends on your specific requirements.

There are a number of Neuroscience,  Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Time Line Therapy techniques which are suitable to obtain quick and lasting results.  We will work out which will be the best for you during the initial meeting.
